TAHOE SOUTH, NEVADA EVENTS CENTER

ICC has been contracted by the Tahoe Douglas Visitors Authority as Project Manager for the design and development of a 4,300 fixed seat multipurpose events center. The project is to be located adjacent to the Montbleu Hotel and Casino in Stateline, Douglas County, Nevada. ICC will work with Perkins and Will Architects and DesignWorkshop to finalize all of the design elements through Q4 of 2019. The project is anticipated to open in July 2023.

ICC is proud to welcome Eric Roverud to our team of project managers. Eric joins our Tahoe South Events Center project staff after playing a key role in the development of the design and planning of the events center while working for the Lake Tahoe architectural firm, Designworkshop.

Eric has over 15 years of experience as a Project Manager and licensed Landscape Architect.  His understanding of the design and construction process from the conceptualization phase through entitlements and ultimately implementation has given him the expertise to anticipate and solve issues that arise during the development process. With a particular focus on the Tahoe South Events Center, Eric will leverage his local presence and knowledge of the design to deliver on an ambitious project that will reshape Lake Tahoe’s south shore.
