WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NY BASEBALL COMPLEX

ICC has been retained by the ownership of an Atlantic League of Professional Baseball League team, to assist in the design and development of a new baseball facility within the Westchester County. Perkins and Will has been secured to provide the initial conceptual design materials to include a fully integrated site plan with parking, various floor plan sketches and exterior renderings for approval by the ownership and subsequent delivery to the various levels of local government.
