Middletown, Ohio

ICC and partners Perkins and Will and Hunden Strategic Partners, in association with Community Center Partners, have been retained by the City of Middletown, Warren County and the Warren County Port Authority to develop a multi-use ice arena complex in Middletown, Ohio. Phase 1 of the team’s contractual obligation was completed and the Phase 1 Report delivered to the client(s) on May 11th. The project now moves forward into Phase 2 with a final delivery of this portion set for Q4 of this year.

The project is designed to reshape the existing Galleria Mall located just off of I-75 in Middletown and provide both an economic boost to the region while supplying the citizens of Middletown and Warren County with a state of the art arena complex consisting of a 3,000 seat main arena along with two NHL size competition ice surfaces for a Junior A hockey franchise, a international hockey tournament provider and a hockey centric sports academy.
